My name is Tara, and I am honoured to introduce you to my sound healing practice — SOLUNARA.
The name SOLUNARA comes from the connection between the energies of the Sun (Sol), the Moon (Luna), and myself, and my deep connection to the elements and the natural world.
My Practice
Through the use of Planetary and Elemental Gongs, Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowls, and other sacred sound instruments, I create deeply restorative sound journeys designed to provide a space for deep relaxation, balance, and transformation through vibrational sound.
I use Planetary and Elemental Gongs tuned to celestial frequencies to create immersive experiences that calm the mind, relax the body, and awaken your natural healing power.
I am a qualified and certified Practitioner with The College of Sound Healing, and a member of the Complimentary Medical Association, fully insured and First Aid qualified.
